I arrived at night and waited 20 minutes for someone to open the door and attend me. I had to take my luggage up the stairs because there was no elevator, the shower had no water so I couldn’t bathe, the bathroom floor had trash and the shower box had a discarded soap pack, and the bed was horrible with a mattress that sank. The experience was terrible.

The hotel was abandoned, there was no breakfast, and they charged for the daily rate.

The hotel staff understood my concerns and refunded my cancellation. The cleaning was poor, the room had a bad smell, the sheets and bathroom were unsatisfactory, there was a lack of water, cigarette odor, among other issues.
