The room was clean, but the bathtub drain plug didn’t work, so I could only shower.

We were stuck way back in the back; as two women traveling alone we felt uncomfortable, and the room’s location was old and needed updating.

The location and the nice room were good, and the breakfast staff were very friendly, but at reception we were 20 minutes early and couldn’t check in yet; then a long queue formed and we had to wait an hour, which was very inefficient. The lady apologized for the long line, everyone said it was fine, but it really wasn’t, you’re just dependent on that lady at that moment, which is regrettable.

The staff at breakfast were very friendly, and the breakfast was truly varied for American standards, though the room had a slightly odd smell but was otherwise okay.
