Buffet Breakfast & Dinner. Customer friendly and courteous staff. 1. The chairs upholstery in the dining area needs attention. Seems it is not changed for quite some time. 2. The toilet cleaning was good. However, some stains were observed in the comodde of the room ( 839) where we stayed. Housekeeping staff might have made efforts to clean and remove, but it must be hard to go

The duty manager, Shakshi, was very rude and far from humble; such staff tarnish the hotel’s reputation.
