We chose this hotel even though cheaper options existed because the booking information said both dinner and breakfast were included. When we arrived, we were told only breakfast was included. This was not what we expected when booking. Could you please clarify why dinner was not included as advertised? We repeated the same complaint in the negative section.

I stayed in the city center, the staff were super friendly and very helpful, and bringing my pet was no problem.

The hotel is in a great spot with a view of the city, and downtown is just a few minutes' walk; the rooms were comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were kind, so everything was perfect.
