I was handed a bunk‑room instead of the room I booked, cramped and swamped with fake jungle‑like plants, dim, damp‑smelling and full of pipe odor; an aggressive dog was prowling around, flashing its teeth and growling, and when I came back from outside it was inside my room, lunged at my partner and bit his trousers. The place was noisy, a party raged until about 4.30‑5 am so we couldn’t sleep, there was no kitchen, no cutlery, no coffee, no water – everything advertised was false. I will not return and I can’t recommend it; they give you whatever room they feel like, not the one you reserved in the app.

The area is decent, but the closet was stuffed with someone else’s clothes, the sheets and pillowcases didn’t smell fresh, and there were hairs on the blanket, meaning another guest stayed there and the bedding wasn’t changed; the water jug they provide is dirty, and they don’t protect your luggage.

We couldn’t even check in because the reservation was cancelled hours before we were supposed to arrive, and then at 1 am on the day of our stay they cancelled us again, leaving us with nowhere to stay and no immediate refund.
