The staff were kind, but communication with customer service was awful; there was no way to contact the hotel directly, no direct transfer, and the ladies always used the same clichés and excuses, which was simply annoying. Two days before arrival, we were told there would be no dinner at the hotel. The rooms were outdated.

The surroundings and décor were very nice and suited the hotel; in the spacious room, a basket with a fleece blanket and two food/water bowls for our dog were ready, which we found very thoughtful, even a dog magazine 🤣. The overall hygiene was poor: many spiders in the bedroom, wall cracks, no blinds or screens. The bathroom and toilet were super clean, but the breakfast area had a leaking roof in the conservatory (buckets on the floor) and very dirty windowsills (flies, etc.). Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for dinner due to staff shortages.

Despite current information on the website, there was no option to eat a la carte on the premises, and the menu we wanted was no longer available; we were directed to a nearby restaurant.

The wellness was delightful, relaxing, and it was great that the pool opened so early! The room was simple but we didn’t need more, so the price‑quality ratio was perfect for us. The staff were an issue: we hadn’t booked the restaurant in advance, so when we arrived at the hotel we wanted a bite to eat, we were told in an unfriendly manner that we should have made a reservation, which we couldn’t have known. Later, during dinner, we were not served in a friendly way, so I wouldn’t dine there again.

The breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful, but I found mold on the shower tiles and plenty of mouse droppings on the balcony (as if they come from the 3rd floor). Even after five requests for an invoice for my stay, I still haven’t received one. The front desk staff were also not very friendly.
