The hotel and room were spotless, and I reached breakfast at about 7:45, where there was something for everyone and plenty of food. The bed and pillows were comfy, and the staff were very friendly. I’ll book again next time I visit my aunt. On the downside, the extra sink didn’t work, the pull‑out couch was uncomfortable and you could feel the springs; a mattress topper might help.

“Comfortable with a good breakfast.”

Breakfast and the location were good. The hair dryer in the room didn’t work, which was a minor hiccup. Overall the property seemed to have moisture problems, but the staff handled it well and did a good job.

“Maintenance on rooms needs up keep”

The hotel was clean and check‑in was quick. The AC in my room didn’t work properly, the bed was hard, and there is no elevator.

Location was fine. The room felt damp and stuffy and didn’t smell clean. The bed was very uncomfortable with a very thin top sheet and covers; with the AC on you were cold, and with it off it was stuffy and the smell intensified. Breakfast lasted only 30 minutes some days, starting at 6:30 am, and seemed geared toward workers rather than other guests. They ran out of bath towels, which is odd. I will not recommend or stay again.

Everyone was very friendly. The room was clean. It was a good location. Close to every where we needed to go. We were able to get a 1st floor room. That was wonderful. I'm unable to climb stairs. We will definitely stay at this QI again
