The sea view was extra special, and the park was very enjoyable. The snack bar overlooking the bay was extra and had a nice recent design. The pool was large. The establishment feels very vintage; the bathroom really needs a makeover—replace the bathtub and mixer with newer fittings. The beach isn’t very appealing and the access is mediocre.

The hotel was conveniently located, right on the first line of the beach, and the sea here is clean.

The location is near a cliff and a beach, but the front desk staff, although not extremely pretty, act like they’re above their jobs and get annoyed by customers asking for simple help. They either don’t speak to customers or do so in a rude way. The women at the desk think they look better than they actually do, but they just look regular with a high ego.

“Poor Management but the reception were very good”

Good position. Due to heavy rain our room flooded,sewage came in to the room damaged my suitcase, clothes were wet through washed but not fully dried came back smelly had to re wash, jacket damaged as I said to the manager that the sleeves must be tied inside and jacket zipped up(which I did) otherwise would be damaged but didn’t pass the message to the cleaners who untied the sleeves and jacket is now old fit for the bin This all happened after returning home at 2.00 as had to wait in a near side bar for the rain to ease upon arriving at room had to wade through 6 inches of water they tried with 1 small pump and 1 floor squeegee and 6 men watching, to get it to subside it’s obvious from tide marks on walls it happens regularly This totally ruined me and my partners holiday After heated discussions with the manager he offered 1 additional room for the night 1 breakfast & 1 lunch - the offering for lunch was so poor(2 choices 1 was spaghetti bolognaise and other similar, generally for a hotel menu is steered towards Russian an Arabic food ) we decided not to eat there rather pay for something we wanted to eat The manager said it’s one of those things that it floods, he then proceeded to tell me ( as the manager his own shop had lost 20k stock and it’s very bad weather in another town, to which I said that I wasn’t interested in I requested he gave me 2 nights accommodation he said could only do 1(I had booked my next hotel already for 6 days so couldn’t take the 1 night offer)I told him it was unacceptable as I had clothes, training shoes and suitcase destroyed he asked me how old they were and told him between 6 months to a year old, he then tried to tell me they were old anyway so he couldn’t do more for me The Manager John Gaduan managed everything so badly Also an added point where they tried to move the drain covers literally loads of cockroaches poured out everywhere and the were trying to stamp on them Generally poor maintenance all around this property where the
