An absolutely beautiful mountain retreat outside Batumi. The family was incredibly welcoming and served us great food—some of the best we tasted during our two weeks in Georgia. They helped us get to the airport the next day. Their ChaCha is seriously strong and delicious!

The view from the window was nice, and the hosts were friendly and always tried to help. The room had no Wi‑Fi, a dog barked until 2 a.m. until it was fed, and later we discovered crickets chirping loudly. The host’s dinner was bad; they just fed it to the dog.

The people are beautiful, the cooking is amazing, the lifestyle is wonderful, and the location is fantastic.

I had a wonderful experience here; Georgian hospitality ("stumardzloba") is legendary, and sharing a traditional supra (feast) with dishes like khachapuri, khinkali, mtsvadi, and homemade chacha was unforgettable. Everything else was fine.
