The staff were lovely, the food was beautiful, and the location was great. Unfortunately, because of the storm the jacuzzi and rooms were out of order; we were offered the spa, but it was far from the kids and would have required an extra fee.

There isn’t much to say honestly. The bathroom was falling apart, the shower wasn’t warm and offered little force or coverage, and the water smelled like seawater. I was also put in the wrong room.

The location is good and the staff are friendly. The shower was useless; I couldn’t wash my hair because the pressure was terrible.
