“La finca es bonita, buena atención. No hay agua caliente y debe mejorar el mantenimiento general”
The staff were super helpful and the breakfasts were delicious. The hotel’s location is spot on, and it feels safe. But the beds could be more comfortable, and a few outlets, the bathroom and the TV need fixing. Also, there was no hot water.
I got to the place and nobody opened the door. I waited half an hour and it felt like a scam.
“Decepcionado”
They didn't keep their promises and moved us to a different finca on the second day. The second night was awful – we couldn't sleep. The hosts were friendly, but the facilities were dirty and uncomfortable, and there was no hot water.
The staff were really friendly and the place is pretty. The only downside? No hot water.
Doña Leidy and her husband are amazing hosts, always eager to give you the best of the hotel.
