“Hotel needs to be renovated. Has potential being centrally located in a quiet small village.”

Breakfast was okay, with grapes, some prunes, but no fresh vegetables like tomatoes, red peppers or cucumbers to pair with the cheese and salami. Fresh bread and pastries were available daily. The room had no shelves or storage space for clothes, the bathroom needed a spruce‑up, and it rained in the dining room! The staff didn’t seem to mind, just sat at another table, we were told.

Very clean and a short walk to the city center where we ate lunch. Dinner at El Belvedere was the highlight and didn’t disappoint. The grounds were very beautiful.

Good location. Our original booking on Booking was cancelled at the last minute, so we booked this hotel on the fly. Booking promised to refund the excess (they confirmed by email) but still nothing received a month later despite follow‑ups and no response. We asked by phone for a confirmation text of the new booking, and the front desk staff replied, “I don’t have time for that…” which is still a bit limiting.

“Nous avons adoré !”

This is our second visit because we loved our stay last year! We liked everything: the beautiful park with Mediterranean vegetation, the large pool, the dinner at the restaurant, the breakfast, and the comfortable room. Sometimes it’s hard to find a spot in the hotel parking.
