“É boa, mas precisa melhorar alguns detalhes”

The service is excellent, both via WhatsApp and at the reception. They flexed our check‑in time, which was great because we wanted to arrive a bit earlier to enjoy the place. There’s parking, but it’s only 5 rotating spots; if full, there’s plenty of street space in front of the lodge. The room we stayed in had a concrete bed, which isn’t an issue, but the mattress was bad and made sleeping very uncomfortable. The blankets smelled moldy and the pillows were also poor. Shower pressure is weak, and on the last day a sewage smell started in the bathroom. Breakfast was disappointing; there were few options, the juice was artificial, and they could swap it for whole‑fruit juices at least. More fruit, bread, and cakes would be welcome.

The place is simple and cozy. There was a lot of cat at the lodge, I’m allergic and didn’t feel very well.

“O massa é nota 10 !!!!”

The staff from Massa is a perfect 10, from start to finish of the stay, a thousand‑point rating. The room mattress is quite firm, which might not be comfortable for some people.

Infelizmente, não cheguei a me hospedar e, por isso, não consigo avaliar a estrutura da acomodação. No momento da chegada, antes do horário do check-in, pedi apenas para utilizar o banheiro e me trocar enquanto aguardava. Eu tinha plena ciência do horário e não solicitei entrada antecipada. Infelizmente, fui tratada de forma muito grosseira e constrangedora por um senhor da pousada. Diante da forma como fui recebida, não me senti confortável em permanecer no local e optei por não realizar a hospedagem
