“Buono per una notte”
It was a fine spot for a single night, but there was dust in parts of the room, the switch near the bed was broken, and there were cracks on the wall.

The hotel sits close to the government office and the foodcourt.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and my room was spacious; they kindly stored my luggage for several days while I was on a jungle excursion, which I really appreciated. The surroundings themselves aren’t particularly interesting, but the location is convenient for reaching Sepilok and is also close to the airport. The room feels quite dated and lacks attention to detail; there is a kettle, but no coffee or tea, and the bed linen looked old with several stains that seemed permanent rather than unwashed, giving a not‑very‑fresh impression.

I already wrote a review: the staff were friendly, yet the rooms need updating. I already wrote a review: the staff were friendly, yet the rooms need updating.

The staff were genuinely welcoming and accommodating! We had an issue with our room and they promptly swapped it for us; the new room was still spacious. It was very good for the time we stayed. Near the airport :) The wifi was very slow and we often struggled to connect. There isn’t much to do nearby – it feels a bit lost; when you want to do something you have to take a Grab.
