Nothing to review because we couldn’t get in; we had booked, received confirmation from the hotel, and after standing in line for 3 quarters of an hour they told us the room was already taken in the middle of the night. We can’t judge anything else, only that they keep accepting bookings but you can’t actually get in and they offer no help with anything else.

I loved the staff—such wonderful people! We were given a fantastic room that was a higher category than the one we had originally booked, but the hotel is very old, and I don’t understand why hotels in this area are so expensive; it really needs renovation, and in my opinion, the price isn’t justified.

Close to restaurants and an exclusive rooftop bar, but the main pool is overrun and the hotel could use some maintenance, especially the lifts.

The room was tidy, but there was a cockroach at breakfast and every evening live music at the pool was so loud that even with the windows shut on the 11th floor you could hear it in your room.
