Guests enjoy a wellness centre with yoga classes, minibar, electric kettle, and complimentary public Wi‑Fi. The family‑friendly restaurant serves brunch, lunch, and dinner—pizza, seafood, barbecue, plus full English, Irish, vegetarian, vegan, and Asian breakfasts. Dickwella Beach is a three‑minute walk away; Koggala Airport lies 53 km distant.

The most beautiful location – close to town yet far enough to feel like your own slice of tropical paradise, the most peaceful little haven. The staff are wonderful – friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Nupin wasn’t on site but checked in with us regularly to make sure we were happy. The restaurant Betaz is pure magic and the food is delicious. I would come back here a thousand times over, I couldn’t recommend Clay House enough. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay unforgettable

A stay at Clayhouse with Betaz restaurant was spot on for Hiri—just a short walk from town to soak up the chill vibes and sea breeze. The traditional clay huts are simple and cozy, offering sea views, and the seaside breakfast, cocktails, and nighttime food are fantastic. DJs and lanterns hanging in the trees set a relaxed mood, making it a complete, all-in-one experience. No complaints.
