The room was comfortable and the staff gracious. The lobby and restaurants are stunning. I enjoyed the indoor pool. Unfortunately after departing we were wrongly accused of damage, leaving a burn mark on the pouf. They later decided not to charge us for damage as the timing of it was unclear but it cast a bit of a pall on our experience. I will now inspect and photograph any problems on arrival

Service, location, staff, tasty food, view from the high floor. The minibar prices were high.
