Cleanliness and location were great, and security around the property was reassuring. However, the soundproofing system was not sufficient for street noise, and the gym was very small.

The room was spacious, well‑lit, and comfortable. The location is excellent, in an area with restaurants and good access roads. Breakfast was varied and sufficient. The TV signal was very mediocre, and the placement of the shampoo or toilet paper dispenser didn’t match the nice bathroom aesthetic. There is no bellhop service, which is important for guests arriving with bulky luggage or who have difficulty moving it.

The hotel is in an excellent location; the room was comfortable and very warm, the internet was fast, and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was all‑you‑can‑eat, very tasty and varied. Compared to other hotels of the same star rating and price, this hotel lacks a pool and terraces or open spaces to enjoy the view unless you pay for a larger room or are placed on higher floors; otherwise there’s no possibility to see the view, even though it is one of the few tall buildings in the area. At times, the room we stayed in emitted a strong odor from the bathroom drains. Although the hotel was a bit empty, we had to be very quick for check‑out because they only gave us a 15‑minute waiting limit after 1 pm, which was a bit rude considering the price paid and that the hotel, at least on the floor we stayed, was practically empty.
