The spot is unbeatable, the room is fantastic, and the service is top‑class. Every minute in Matera and in the hotel felt great. If you drive, a large paid parking with plenty of spaces is just a short walk away.

From the moment Anna and Mirella welcomed us, the rooms were lovely, the parking right in front of the B&B was convenient, the breakfast was good, and the constant friendliness made us feel truly welcomed. The location is just a short walk to the two Sasi areas. The only thing to note for older couples like us is that the N&B is on the second floor, so carrying luggage up or down can be a bit of a hassle.

An excellent stay… the owners were very helpful, the cleanliness was outstanding, and the location is superb.

Right outside the Sassi, the place is very walkable. It’s quiet and comfortable, though there was only one chair in the room, so we had to sit on the bed to get comfortable. No staff were present until check‑in time.
