We went back to Diamant Estate after three years and everything still feels magnificent. We booked the Manor House, had the place to ourselves, and enjoyed the night silence. The rooms are superb and the lounge is perfect for a glass of wine in the evening. Breakfast is an upgraded Full English served in a separate building. The weather was lucky, so we spent a few hours by the pool soaking up the sun. Fairview Winery is nearby, and we went for another tasting. In the evening, Uber is easy to call and we can head into town for dinner. At night, the manor’s porch lets you stare at millions of unfamiliar stars. Highly recommended! Note that the en‑suite bathrooms are only separated from the rest of the room by a partition—no doors, so privacy is limited.
