I never stayed the night because the experience was so awful; I just showered and left. Outside, people were drinking beer and yelling loudly, making me uneasy and worried about my car. Inside, my room had a hole in the wall, the door latch was half missing, and dried black paint was on the floor. The desk person was behind glass, which should have warned me.

This is one of the best so far; Crystal Inn is better than 5511 Decker Rd.

“Staff did not move rooms or fix the vent after being asked. Have videos of the vent going off super loud”

We had a roof over our head. Every day for 3 weeks the vent went off and woke and my daughter up even on work nights

I wouldn't recommend staying here; there's gun violence, sex trafficking, drug deals, and the manager and owner at the front desk seem involved.
