We were only told after booking that a Kakao Talk or an Instagram account was mandatory for communication and check‑in. When we asked why we couldn’t use booking, we were told it wasn’t possible. Additionally, the room was very unattractive.

The spot is great and the room stayed spotless, but the single elevator that climbs 17 floors made waiting a hassle, and it often jammed when it was full. Check‑in details arrived only 15 minutes before the scheduled time, so I couldn’t download them ahead if my internet was spotty. I had to purchase a specific garbage bag myself, and even then the hotel didn’t give me one. For three days I only had 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, and when I asked for more they replied, “we left enough.”

The proximity to the sea was the best part. The place wasn’t clean enough for us—walls, bath towels, sofa, etc. Communication only via Instagram; I complained about stained towels and finally got replacements after a discussion. No hospitality, no cooking utensils, no coffee or tea. The apartment layout was illogical, and there was no nice view, just the next high‑rise. The price‑performance was not worth it at all.
