I didn’t like how they charged me 15 £ for two towels when they could have easily been washed, as I used them to wipe my mouth after having a Chinese meal; I wouldn’t mind but the towels weren’t even worth 7.50 each and this isn’t stated in their policy anywhere.

A lovely stay for our colleagues, thanks.
I booked last minute and it was comfortable, but there was no breakfast available, whether it was included or not, which was a bit disappointing even though the hotel did a good job overall.

The location was good. There was no breakfast or evening meal available.
Recommended the Butchers Bite for breakfast which was value for money and the Bell Inn for evening food. Eva was very helpful with any requirements
