It was clean…maids were on point! Flowers on the toilet paper. The toilet had a problem flushing and almost overflowed twice, so we had to get a plunger from the front desk. Breakfast was the worst and smallest selection I’ve ever seen. The hard‑boiled eggs were questionable, wrapped or dated. The office staff was unprofessional. No bells or whistles here. Plumbing/continental breakfast.

The beds were comfy. There was no elevator, and after driving from Az to Washington we got there around 11 am. When we arrived early and asked about checking in, the front desk guy was kind of rude and said we don’t do check‑in till 3 pm, maybe I can do 2 pm! I didn’t mind paying a fee for early check‑in, but I couldn’t even ask because of that person’s attitude. There was also trash outside by the bin and they took a long time to clean it. The side doors smelled so bad like pee, so we didn’t use that door and instead used the front main entrance.
