Madani Muslim Hotel Cameron Highland

The staff were friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. The only issue was that there was no parking available for guests.

The location is very strategic, but the hotel cancelled my reservation on the day I arrived. I’d booked two months in advance, yet they pulled the booking without any notice during peak hours, told me to find another hotel, and I managed to secure one elsewhere. They still haven’t refunded my payment.

My booking is confirmed for 22–24 August 2026 (2 nights). However, the hotel informed me that they can only provide accommodation for 1 night. I did not request this change. The property is unable to fulfil my confirmed reservation. I would like to request a refund for the unused night. Please assist me with this issue. This is my third family check‑in at this hotel. 👍 The convenience store is nearby and the food place is close by. The hot shower water is hard to get, feels cold, woooo
