If you’re looking to stay a bit farther from the tourist centre like we did, this property is great; the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and it’s an easy 15‑minute walk to Hoan Kiem lake/French Quarter, with nice cafés and restaurants within walking distance.

I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience at the hotel. The staff were professional and the service attitude was excellent, helping me from check‑in all the way to room handover very quickly. The room was beautiful, clean, fully equipped and exactly as shown in the pictures. The hotel even provided free fruit and upgraded my room, which was a huge plus. The service surpassed my expectations, and I will definitely return.

“Personal increïble”

My experience at this hotel was largely positive, with the staff being truly incredible. They went above and beyond to help me retrieve a sentimental item I had left at another hotel, and their efforts were greatly appreciated. The room was spacious, and the location was excellent. However, the breakfast was not the best I had tried, although it was still quite good.
