The woman at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, yet upon arrival we found ourselves in a room infested with more than 15 mosquitoes; a second room offered the same issue. After debating whether to stay, we noticed the overall lack of cleanliness and chose to leave, but the front‑desk lady refunded us and was super friendly.

The hotel offers a cozy gym, an inspiring pool, a well‑filled dining room with tasty dishes, and a full, balanced breakfast. However, during the rainy period the showers had no hot water and the weather was unpleasant.

Very clean and nice, but far from the city where the nightlife is; however, it’s close to the airport.

Proximity to the airport is a plus, but the establishment is not near any 7eleven, Lotus, or similar shops, and it’s very difficult to find a Grab or taxi nearby.
