The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and the location is amazing (across from Kars castle!). I was very glad I chose to stay here after the Dogu Express, and they also helped me find the dolmus stop to Ani the next morning. The rooms were a bit small, though still very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is very centrally located right next to the castle. We could park our motorcycles directly in front of the entrance on the wide sidewalk. There were many seats with nice views, making it very pleasant to spend time there. Breakfast was served, but it was completely adequate and top. Nothing was negative.

The room was very nice, clean, and modern, but rather small. It was nicely and functionally decorated, with everything you might need for a short stay, including a small refrigerator. Breakfast was included in the price and was good. WiFi was good. The reception team was friendly and communicative. The location was good with easy access from the main road, and free street parking was available in front of the hotel. It’s just steps away from the Kars Fortress, and the price-to-quality ratio is good. I would stay there again in the future.

The hotel is generally good, with a nice location, friendly staff, and a clean environment. Unfortunately, there was no soap or shower gel, and other equipment was missing.

The place sits in the old town near the castle, and the breakfast was lovely, featuring tasty local cheeses, honey, and jam. The staff were warm and welcoming, and when I messaged them about a train delay that would bring me in the early hours, they told me to relax and assured me they’d be ready whenever I arrived. The only downside was that the window in my room was positioned too high to open for fresh air.
