Prime rural location: Ideally situated close to local hiking trails, nearby beaches, and a good restaurant. ​Outdoor grounds: Beautiful, well-kept perimeter yard with an expansive, lush lawn. ​Generous space: The apartment itself is exceptionally large, offering ample physical room and a spacious layout. Poor value for money: the property positions itself as a 4-star experience, but the quality of the interior falls far short of this standard. ​Lack of maintenance & cleanliness: The overall upkeep is neglected. Cleanliness was below standard, multiple light fixtures were out of order, fittings were loose, and functional items did not work. ​Missing basic amenities: Essential fixtures are missing throughout, such as bathroom towel rails and soap dispensers. ​Subpar interior comfort: The furnishings feel like the lowest tier of flat-pack furniture. The mattress quality is very poor, bedside tables are awkward and unergonomic, and the overall indoor user experience is disappointing
