It was a quiet spot with great facilities; we stayed in August outside the peak season, the sea was not suitable for swimming, but the resort had a beautiful clean pool, and overall we were satisfied. I have nothing to criticize.

The place is beautiful and close to the sea, with a lovely pool and good food and drinks, plus an extensive menu. The website claims the hotel has a massage salon, yet you have to go to a different location for that.

The surroundings are idyllic and almost on the beach (just a 3‑minute walk), very quiet, the room is lovely in a particularly atmospheric building, and the pool is nice. It’s a good spot to land in Sri Lanka, though the shops and other restaurants aren’t right around the corner and the menu could be more varied.
