The hotel is only near Baga Beach. I had one of the worst experiences ever: water leaked from the ceiling, and even after telling both the workers and reception, they kept saying they'd check but no one came to fix it. There was no hot water in the tap, even after multiple requests, and nobody responded. The room smelled awful and wasn’t cleaned properly. The staff were rude and unprofessional, showing a clear lack of basic cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Very disappointing, and I would not recommend it.

The location and room facilities were excellent; the property sits close to the beach, and the place feels both nice and cozy. The room itself is well maintained and situated near the beach.
