The bathroom toilet was broken and the TV wasn't working

Customer service and family communication were helpful throughout the rough and very difficult stay, but I didn’t like that the first room’s shower was filthy and the shower curtains were disgusting; they moved us to a new room that initially had a strange smell, but we managed; then the whole hotel had a power outage, and with my partner being anemic, the building froze on the second day, making her feel terribly sick for 4‑5 hours; we woke up this morning, her menstrual cycle had started, and we found tons of tiny ants covering the floor by the toilet and shower, plus a few on the bed.

They say there's breakfast, but they give nothing, the service is awful, and they also charge for parking.

Convenient to the airport. It would be nice if breakfast started earlier, especially for airline travelers with early flights.
