The staff were very friendly, and the location made it easy to visit family, friends, and many shops, but I was disappointed that only one set of towels was supplied even though the booking was for two guests. The pancake machine kept glitching, a used coffee pod was left in the coffee maker, the shower looked a bit old‑fashioned, and the secondary door handle still had lipstick on it. I might be overly picky, yet the service and amenities should match what I paid.

The pillows were too soft.

On July 18 I booked through Booking and when I got to the hotel they told me there were no rooms available; they said they'd refund me because the hotel had already cancelled my reservation on Booking, but I still haven't received the refund and have sent clarifications with no response.
