La Tavola Calda Hotel

“Distressing stay with unacceptable cleanliness. I left early and urge others to think carefully b4”

The stay was almost entirely disappointing; the only redeeming factor was that the booking offered a temporary place to stay when my original reservation fell through. The condition and cleanliness of the room were unacceptable, especially the heavily stained and soiled bed and mattress, and I documented these problems with photos and video. I left early because of the experience and am now pursuing a full refund and proper compensation.

“I had a pleasant stay!”

I really liked it! It’s cheap, and you get what you pay for. My room was clean and quiet, although they do play loud music downstairs on the weekends. It’s within walking distance of town, with plenty of shops nearby for snacks and hot food. I called the owner early in the morning, and he was absolutely lovely and very patient. Overall, a great stay for the price. The loud door slamming from other residents can also be a bit jarring. It’s next to a busy road, so traffic noise can sometimes be a bit much, but more often than not, it’s quiet
