The staff were lovely, and they upgraded us to a suite with a balcony when we arrived; the porter was really helpful. The suite was spacious, featuring a large living room and a balcony that overlooked the sea. We felt sorry for the amazing singer in the bar, who performed to an almost empty room, but her beautiful voice made our brief visit to the bar enjoyable.

The room was clean and beautiful, with good amenities, but the breakfast offered only a limited selection for locals.

The hotel is good, with high quality, a great location, and a stunning view, but it is not located in the Macau hotel area, which is a pity.
