The location was excellent; the room and bathroom were large and nice; booking was hassle‑free. Initially it was a bit cold and the air‑conditioning didn’t heat well, but the bathroom radiator was big enough to warm the room.

We had a wonderful stay in Modena, Italy. The property was comfortable, well maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful, making it the perfect spot to enjoy our time in Italy. The villa had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, and the location was great for exploring Modena and the surrounding area. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely love to stay again!

The rooms were nice and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I wish I could have booked an upper‑floor room, but those were sold out when I made the booking. If I stay again, I’ll skip the ground‑floor room because the window can’t open (it’s right on the sidewalk) and it’s very noisy—everyone coming in and out passes by your door, and you can hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes.

The place was quiet, close to the center, and the dining options were good. However, it would have been great to have an elevator; we had to climb 45 steps to reach the room.

Excellent location, a large, comfortable, and very clean room. Parking facilities are appreciated. The person who handled our checkout was very friendly. The only downside is that there is no elevator.
