Cannot fault this lovely B&B. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and would certainly stay there again. Liz and her husband go out of their way to be as helpful as possible. The room is spotless and very comfortable. Parking is on the property and safe.

Liz warmly greeted us on our arrival and we were soon shown our rooms. She offered us a cup of tea and cake although the rooms had tea, coffee, water and biscuits to make our own. The whole house was immaculate and very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. She undersold herself with the price of the accommodation and breakfast. We would not hesitate to recommend this property

We were thrilled with our stay; the room had an en suite and met every need, and the breakfast was fantastic with an overwhelming variety. The owners were friendly and welcoming, making the experience lovely, and there was nothing to complain about.

Close to the A63 that connects to the M62 and to Hull, Hessle, and Anlaby, the spot is quiet and the host is warm and friendly.
