I didn’t get breakfast, but we loved the room in the forest area, the scenery, the kids’ games, the mini‑kitchens, the balconies and the quietness. There was no help on Shabbat, no microwave for heating, not enough body soap, and the kids’ games were still lacking.

The location was perfect and the room was comfortable. With two kids, a stroller and other items, getting to the room was a struggle.

The view, the outdoor space, and the location were good. The neighboring rooms were only two meters apart, face‑to‑face, so privacy was missing. The showers were clean, but the lack of upkeep made them feel dirty. The breakfast price was extremely high, and they couldn’t be reached by phone.

Everything was perfect. The staff were amazing and the place was incredibly magical. We liked everything overall.
