The room was clean and the staff were friendly; I’d stay there again and appreciated the tinted windows. However, even though we booked a non‑smoking room, the curtains still carried a smoke smell, and the hotel could have refreshed the room or replaced the curtains, though this isn’t a unique issue for the chain.
