The staff were nice, but the early checkout was a bit inconvenient; we could have asked for a short extension.

The spot is quiet, the welcome is warm, and the terrace is lovely, but the bathroom could use improvement—the shower is either too cold or too hot, the savory breakfast options are scarce, and the fruit juices aren’t great.

“Great location, great breakfast room, great staff”

The place is in a great spot once you locate it, though it’s a bit tricky to find because it’s tucked into an alley that most taxis avoid; the first taxi driver I hired couldn’t spot it, and it sits on the fourth, fifth, and sixth floors of an old building, so I didn’t know how to get in until I kept pressing the elevator buttons until a sign for Annunziata appeared on the fourth floor. The host was helpful and shared local restaurant tips, let my daughter have a private interview in the breakfast area, and arranged a taxi to the train station. The highlight is the top‑floor breakfast area with stunning views, where I caught several sunrises over Mount Vesuvius early in the morning. I’d highly recommend it for its location and the many nearby restaurants, though it felt a bit pricey for Naples; other places offer better value. The only downside was the confusing access and poor signage, but the elevator is nice.

“Excellent”

Just an excellent B&B with friendly hosts and overwhelming views from the terrace. The breakfast is superior. I highly recommend

The location is super central, right next to the Gesù Nuovo church, and the terrace is beautiful where breakfast is served and stays open during the day. The staff were extremely kind throughout, and I’d return to this B&B if I ever come back to Naples.
