“Cosy apartment, just needs better management”
The apartment was small, cozy, and just a few steps from the lake; downstairs there’s a family restaurant with very friendly staff and tasty food. We arrived at the end of October and the heating system worked well. We checked in half an hour after opening, called the lady eight times from a Swiss number and she didn’t answer, but when my mum called from a Lithuanian number she did. That was frustrating, knowing not all guests will have a Lithuanian number. The room was generally clean, but it seemed nobody checked it again before we entered, and there were many dead flies everywhere.
