The spot was right in the heart of the Spanish Avenue, almost within walking distance of Rome’s main sights: Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese and its museum, the Parthenon, etc. Shopping and food were convenient, yet the street was quiet. The host was very understanding when my flight was cancelled and I arrived on a 10‑hour night bus at 3:30 am; the check‑in was smooth and the host left biscuits and drinks, plus daily cleaning. The only downside was the sound insulation – you can hear footsteps on the roof.

The accommodation was awesome – clean, comfy and close to key spots in Rome. Both Valentina and Estefano made the visit a breeze, were charming, gave great recommendations, and everything was easy and comfortable. The room had a small fridge, perfect for cooling water or any purchase, and the hosts left us some drinks as a gift. Everything was fantastic.
