The spot was great, the room bright, clean, and the bed comfy, and the staff communication was spot on—always quick and clear with any info or clarification. The only downside was that they didn’t warn me about the long staircase and extra steps after the second entrance door to get to the rooms, which can be a hassle carrying luggage alone; my son helped me otherwise I’d have had some trouble.

The place was well‑located and nicely arranged, but the shower was broken and the street noise was annoying.

The location was fine, but there was no breakfast, only two coffee pods in the room. On the last day, 4, the access staircase to the rooms was huge. In the Saffi suite, three steps led up to a large double bed with no space for two nightstands. I couldn’t control the lights from my side, so at night I had to wake my partner to turn one on, otherwise I risked tripping. The door was closed with a towel? a wooden panel of different color under the window near the AC vent exit. There was a tiny fridge in the small common area and a small TV.
