The apartment was clean, the location was great, and the bed was comfortable. The area is pretty noisy, so you wake up at night. The water temperature swings wildly between hot and cold. It’s very, very narrow.

The room was decent, a bit tight, but fine for sleeping and a little more. A plus was that I didn’t know there was a common area for meals or breakfast; it has a coffee machine, capsules, sugar, etc., which is great for breakfast. There’s a fridge in the room and in the common area. We arrived late and checked in on our own—it’s very easy to get in. The windows are old and would benefit from a change, as they don’t seal well and let in noise from the courtyard when people come and go.

We had a wonderful stay at Belli Boutique Guest House! The location is perfect for exploring Rome, and the room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. A special thank you to Marika and Beatrice at reception for their warm welcome and helpful tips—they made us feel right at home. We also want to mention Melissa and Rosario from the cleaning team, who did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. We truly enjoyed our time in Rome and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! The pillows were unusually large.

Very grateful, everything was very convenient, good communication and support from the owners during the stay. The room had everything needed – comfortable bed, clean sheets, good internet, fridge, iron, hairdryer, coffee maker. The location was simply top, I walked everywhere in the city.
