I had an unforgettable holiday in Val di Pejo, Trentino; the hotel was gorgeous, spotless, the food delicious and the staff simply wonderful. Highly recommended! The only downside was the woman working at the bar in the afternoon/evening – she was very annoying!

“Breve soggiorno”

The location was excellent for accessing the thermal baths, shops and ski lifts, but during our short stay we couldn’t use many of the facilities. I might have made a mistake, but I couldn’t choose a room, and the one I got was a bit small, not well ventilated, and for a 4‑star place the cleanliness was only okay.

“Ottimo, da rivedere la pulizia”

The location was superb, just steps from the thermal baths and the ski lifts, with a handy parking lot where we always found a spot and a free bike‑room; the staff were friendly, the spa was complimentary, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were generous if you arrived early, while the room was large and well laid‑out. Unfortunately the cleaning fell short—visible dust, especially in the bathroom, a dirty toilet brush before we used it, a broken toilet seat, and a soap‑dish that kept falling to the shower floor because the suction cup wouldn’t stick—small details you wouldn’t expect from a four‑star place.

“Mini vacanza in altura”

The rooms were clean and the breakfast plentiful, but the kids were too noisy, unsupervised, and left a mess in the TV lounge.
