The hotel looked majestic and was easy to get to, with coffee shops around. The rooms were clean, well‑furnished and a decent size, so we always choose it when visiting Tam Ky. Breakfast was included and very good, with plenty of options, and the dining area was pretty nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, so I’d definitely recommend it.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast excellent, and the pool and gym were good. The area was quiet, and there was a nice coffee shop nearby. The toilet was very congested; I’m not sure who the architect was, but it seemed designed for very small people.

Room service was excellent, the place was clean and everything felt fresh. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is large and spacious. The breakfast for Asians was lacking, no bacon or similar items.

The location and facilities are good. The staff’s service style at the breakfast buffet in the morning was very rude towards guests.
