The location was good and the restaurant was good, but I had a problem with the air‑con leaking and soaking all the clothes I had just washed there; the laundry service was expensive and took a day to return the items, so you’re better off doing it elsewhere. When they came to inspect the air‑con issue, all they did was blame me because I had been in the room all day sick and using it too long.

The hotel is very close to Patong beach, but the shower water pressure was an issue. The flow was very slow, and even after it was fixed the problem continued throughout the four days of my stay.
