“Beautiful facility & home with very modern fixtures.”

The property was an excellent facility; we enjoyed everything during our 3‑week stay. I’d recommend it to anyone. We shared kitchen and laundry facilities, and the other residents were very considerate, keeping everything spotless. Several long‑term families were holidaying there. We were close to at least four different shopping centres of varying sizes—a well‑placed community. The units looked quite new and had the equipment we needed. We stayed in the family‑accessible unit, which was very suitable for my needs while I was recovering from a broken ankle at Barwon Health. Securing a long‑term rental near the Iona Suites felt very fortunate and the cost was very reasonable, thank you 👍🤗. It would have been nice to have an accessibility parking spot, but other than that I could have given it a 10.

Nice and new, yet the shower leaked onto the floor, the bed wobbled, there were no different sleeping pillows, and the ones that were available were cheap and flat.

We had people directly above us who were very noisy and inconsiderate, playing loud music while partying.

The area is fantastic and close to shops, the room is modern and the communal areas are well equipped—almost perfect, but the only disappointment was the disrespectful noise from other guests, and the pillows were very cheap and needed replacing because they made the bed much less comfortable; I had to buy my own for the stay.

“Very pleasant, convenient and easy”

The kitchen here was really well set up and cooking was a breeze - I loved having all the right equipment and space to whip up some meals.
