Quality Inn Oshkosh Aviation Park

The beds were very uncomfortable.

There were dead bugs next to the jacuzzi tub, and I didn’t even stay the night. The hotel has no elevator, so if you’re traveling and on the 2nd floor you’ll have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The lady at the front desk was less than pleasant. This trip turned out to be awful, so I booked another stay elsewhere. It wasn’t a comfortable place for me.

“Quiet, uneventful.”

The pool was clean and not overly chlorinated, which I liked. The room was very dark at night—perfect. The shower and bath were plain but nice. The staff were helpful and pretty friendly. Our safe wouldn’t work, so two people tried to fix it; they couldn’t, so they offered us another room. We declined and received a small refund. The breakfast was mediocre: there were apples but no other fruit; the yogurt was Dannon with corn starch; the eggs clearly came from some sort of egg powder. “Waffle rhymes with Awful,” my sister said. No whole wheat options. Coffee and tea were fine, so everything was edible but not very healthy.

“We enjoyed our stay!”

Breakfast and location were fine. We had stayed here before and knew the accommodations, so we booked again. We looked forward to staying there and will in the future. The daytime desk attendant gave away the handicapped room we had booked a few hours before arrival, and no similar rooms were available. We needed the handicapped room with two beds. The nighttime desk attendant Ethan apologized and worked out an acceptable solution; he deserves commendation for what he did. We will stay here next time as it is a fine place to stay.

“The property was fine for our overnight stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The caulk around made us laugh!”

The property was conveniently located near the aviation museum for our next morning visit, and it was very quiet.
