“Overall very good”

I landed late from the ferry and found a very nice room that was super spacious, clean and charming, with very kind and helpful staff who made the check‑in a breeze. After a long day I could relax there, though I felt a bit uneasy because a sex cabins store was just across the hotel, which made me nervous as a solo woman.

The room was really great for the price, with a huge shower and plenty of space, but it had cigarette ash on the couches and a strong smell of smoke that lingered.

The room was very spacious, featured a nice bathroom and a small kitchen, and had a smart TV for Netflix or Prime Video; it’s only a short walk to the main square and the metro station, and there was nothing to complain about.

“Great place if you want to be close to the port”

The room was excellent and close to the port with 24‑hour check‑in, but it still smelled of smoke.

We received a different room than the one we booked, but it wasn’t a problem because it was larger than the original. It was very, very big, beautiful, and stylish. The kitchen was small and had the usual appliances, which we didn’t need. The bathroom was large, clean, and well‑finished, and there was a blanket for cold days. The location is on the main street, so it’s loud, but earplugs or closing the windows make it manageable. The bed was superb! The woman was very friendly and helpful. Everything was great except the apartment had a disgusting cigarette‑smoke odor that made us keep the windows open all evening and night, and it made me feel sick. I hope they do something about it! Also, it was odd that we seemed to have the same key for all rooms, which caused a strange situation.
